The Search Process
Search is unequivocally the most effective, energized and expedient method of acquiring the people that our clients want and need to fill critical roles within their organizations. The search process comprises three different stages:
1. The research phase
The research team gathers information on the structure of departments at target companies and will identify prospective candidates within this target market.
2. The Head-hunting phase
All the suitable candidates are approached, and thoroughly interviewed and screened, matching their skills with the requirements of the specifications of the positions. We then compile a shortlist and commence the first round of interviews with the client. At this point we are able to provide valuable information on industry packages, trends and competitive information about other company structures, processes and systems
3. The Placement Phase
This is the closing phase, during which we ensure that the candidates’ interest in the opportunity is confirmed and maintained until such time that you are ready to extend an offer. We keep in close contact with the candidates ensuring that we uncover any possible reasons why they may not accept an offer, preventatively counsel on counteroffer problems and generally feed valuable information to your company to ensure an attractive offer. The main focus of this phase is to ensure the successful outcome of the entire process.
Our Candidates
Exclusive relationships are formed with top caliber candidates. These professionals are rarely ‘on the market’ and are unlikely to respond to advertisements, yet are highly responsive to a direct approach from a professional intermediary like ourselves, where solid relationships have been cultivated over time. This enables our clients to source those candidates that they may not otherwise have had access to. Our candidates are thoroughly screened and referenced according to our clients’ specific requirements. During our screening process we place a strong emphasis on probing for counter-offer problems and the candidate’s commitment to move.
